One-to-one sessions for adults wanting a space to think out loud, make sense of what’s stuck, and move with more intention. We work together steadily — no scripts, no gimmicks.

Most people start weekly and adjust from there. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and honest reflection — the kind of conversation that actually goes somewhere.

Couples therapy

Sessions for two people trying to understand what’s happened between them — and where to go next. Less arbitration, more curiosity about the patterns you’re both in.

We meet every week or two, and I help you hear each other without the same old fights. This work is hard and worth it — most couples feel the shift within a few sessions.
